We are excited to share a resource created by the Interior Design Curriculum Working Group; this tool of reflection and self assessment is meant to give faculty members a deeper look at their curriculum and teaching methodologies with respect to DEI.
This (in progress) questionnaire is meant to serve as an aid for coordinating faculty and teaching faculty at various stages of syllabus writing and course delivery.
These questions are for course coordinators and faculty in the development, progress, assessment, and reflection of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) in teaching methodologies, pedagogy, content, and interactive structures. The questions are meant to inspire thoughtful reflection and productive thinking into the practice and pursuit of education as an open and evolving discipline.
