Center for Teaching & Learning Coffee Meets

Join on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 10am. Meetings typically include breathing, personal check-ins, and causal conversation about teaching. Faculty can sign up to receive reminders and more information.

Summer 2020: Free Online Yoga Workshops for Faculty,
Staff & Pratt Students

The Integrative Mind & Body Program, SCPS will be hosting free online yoga and meditation workshops during Summer 2020 for the Pratt community.

Registration required:

Beginner Hatha Yoga & Meditation: Soothe the body and soul using breath as the anchor, meditation as your guide, yoga as your path. Every Monday, June 1 through July 6 from 7:00pm-7:30pm.

Meditation for Wholeness: Tap into your “inner sanctuary” for resilience, cultivate mindful awareness for clarity, thru this mind-body practice. Every Wednesday, June 3 through July 15 from 6:30pm – 7:00pm.

Restoring balance with Therapeutic Yoga: Emphasis on breath coordination and mindful movement to support ease, cultivate energy awareness and help find balance. Every Thursday, May 28 through August 6 from 11:00am – 11:30am.
